Purchased this based on a recommendation from my Dentist. Received it a few weeks ago and found it very easy to use right from day 1. The only areas that I found a little confusing were all of the different attachments (I am still not sure what each does and only use 1 of them consistently) and from time to time I find myself trying to put the water reservoir on backward (which it won't let you do and quickly lets me know that it needs to go on the other way). Otherwise, charging is as simple as plugging in your phone, and turning the device on/off is a simple press of a button (with a minor inconvenience mentioned below). The battery life is excellent and although the appearance is a little bulky, it fits nicely in my hands and is easy to use. If you are used to a regular water pick, like I was, the device will likely feel bulky (but light) to use at first. This goes away after a few uses. There are a couple of things with the unit that I wish were different, but none are major. The first is that the reservoir could use to hold more water as I have to fill it twice per use. Not a big deal as adding water is easy but still would be nice not to have to do it twice. One thing to note is that if they did expand the reservoir capacity, it could make the unit even bulkier so I understand why its limit is set at the current capacity. I would rather fill it twice than have it be bulkier. The second thing about the reservoir is that the unit starts grabbing air as the water level drops and you angle the device to hit all the spots inside the mouth. This is normal for any spray bottle as they need to be kept level or tipped to the side where the water intake tube is to utilize all the water. Again, not a deal-breaker but would love to see this addressed in a future design. The last issue I’ve experienced relates to turning the unit off after use. Since I cannot see the power button while using the device, I find myself accidentally hitting the Mode button (located directly under the Power button) when I meant to hit the Power button to turn the unit off. A majority of the time, I am shutting the unit off while it is still spraying water so it is not like I want to take it out of my mouth and look at the buttons to shut it off. This could be a simple fix if they differentiate the buttons by feel or size….they are currently exactly the same size and texture. As with the other items mentioned, this is very minor.Overall, I am happy with the purchase and have no regrets which to me is an indicator that it was a good purchase.I bought this one to replace a different one I had that I broke. This one was cheaper so I opted for it. It cleans as good as my last one my only issue is that the battery doesn't last as long as my other one but I do only use it for travels. For travels I'd say it's great for the price I paid. Not trying to be gross buttt I had a gross smelly spot in my mouth since I did an inpatient stay at a hospital where they don’t give u proper care (( toothpaste and toothbrush were subpar and obviously that’s where I got my gingivitis or periodontal disease. Anywho l, 3 weeks go by and im steadily and overly brushing that tooth since I know something weird is happening. My gum hurt and when i flossed I smelt something bad from that tooth only. I continued to brush and floss. The only floss that made a smell was te thick kind… and I couldn’t stand it!!!! Even after brushing ans flossing with multiple tooth flossers for 3 times a day I could still smell the nasty smell comin from my floss.. Well I got this water flosser and ever since there has been no smell no nothin!! It cleared it up instantly which I didn’t think would happen. Another gross detail is when I first sprayed the heavily flossed and brushed tooth molar area: some kind of smell came out and blood… Im just saying my dentist recommends this and so do I!! U can call m nasty I don’t care but believe me this will get your stank ass mouth gone and never have to be self conscious againBuen productoI purchased this to replace an old Waterpik . I love the refillable resovoir and rechargeable battery. It holds a charge for a long time.bad design of those button...easily to turn it on when you just take it upMy Husband has a tooth that broke and he used this to flush out and thing that got in there until he got to the dentist and this worked amazing getting what was stuck in there gave great pain relief and it helps clean your teeth to the buttons are very touchy i know he accidently sprayed me.This works ok after some practice, it's cumbersome to move around in your mouth while trying not to spray water everywhere..So far. So good. Purchased this as a gift for my son who has permanent brace wires on his top and bottom teeth. Regular flossing was a hassle. This so far does a great job and he’s very happy. Holds a charge for quite a few flossing sessions. The recharging battery was what sold me initially. Hopefully the batter lasts a while as it can’t be replaced.Honestly I'm not too impressed it did work good for short. Time it stopped working like Second Use bye and I think it might have to do with a charging cord and wrong charger possibly but like as a lot of chargers that are the exact same it is got a very sensitive battery or charge board I'm not familiar with what could be I am pretty bummed out cuz I like to water floss and I really had higher expectationsSuper cheap product and you get what you pay for. It slipped into the sink before my first use and the top part of the removable head broke off. It didn’t take much force for it to detach really. Super messy and will have to use in the shower. What I like is the dust bag for traveling that it came with but overall I’am underwhelmedAfter less than a month of use the product started to switch on by itself. The "On/Off' button is not responding and it's not possible to switch it off. Very annoying. The bathroom is sprayed with water. When l went to change the new head won't stay on. Have to return
