It does not squeak at all. I don’t know if the one I received is defective or if this is just inaccurately advertised. My dog doesn’t play with it much. She prefers a similar older toy that does squeak. Wouldn’t have purchased if I knew it didn’t.Very happy and recommendI would of sent it back but she loves it unfortunately the squeaker doesn't workExcellent squeaky toy for a medium to large dog. It's firm enought to not puncture easily but easy enough to squeak for playtime. It is easy to throw and retrieve.
