Ok so I usually don’t leave reviews but1. My dentist said I’ve been grinding my teeth due to stress so obviously 600$ for a night guard was not happening after research I found these2. How I molded them!I did not feel like following the instructions would work too wellI boiled some waterWhile the water boiled I grabbed 2 square napkins (not paper towels)I rolled one up and placed it in the mold then I wrapped one around it.I grabbed a glass container to the size of the mouthpiece and poured the boiling water in it and immediately placed the napkin covered mouthpiece in for like 8 to 10 seconds.Use a fork to take it out and remove all the napkins quickly then grab the mouthpiece it won’t burn and place on your teeth, mold with you fingers and suck it like a straw until you trust it’s molded enough.Hopefully this helps !:)
