I have tried a lot of biodegradable toothbrushes and these seem to be a family favorite from my picky husband to our 11-year-old son. At first, I wished that they had these all in one, neutral color (still kind of do) but we’ve come to appreciate that the colors help us differentiate them. Also wish they didn’t have to come wrapped separately in plastic as we have no use for the plastic and end up recycling it. Still great product and price!These were supposed to be bamboo charcoal toothbrushes. They feel more plastic than anything, and the bristles are just grey normal bristles, no charcoal. And I thought I would try these being more “eco friendly” they all not only come in their own individual plastic tube but also plastic wrapped. Bristles are a medium soft and last pretty well for someone who doesn’t push really hard while brushing. Overall won’t get again.I’ve been repurchasing these for the last 3 years and it’s been the best investment to my dentures as well as to the environment.These tooth brushes are great! I’ve used a few different brands of bamboo brushes and my husband wanted to try something a little different. These are probably the best we’ve tried! And that’s saying something. I’m not picky but my husband is. Don’t hesitate. My two year old also loves to “buh tee” and these brushes are great for her bath time. Get these!Elegant design. The handle feels nice in the hand and the bristle head is not too big or too small. Reaches the back teeth well. Bristles are soft yet bouncy. Comfy!The plastic tubes they come in are rather thin so not sure they'd hold up well for travel but you could use them that way. They should be recyclable in any case.The toothbrushes themselves are just great. They do the job they need to do. I bought them because I wanted a toothbrush for my kids that I could compost when done as we are an environmentalist family. They come individually wrapped in plastic tubes which defeats the point of being eco-friendly. If they started sending these in plain cardboard I would buy again.I have spent a lot of time on Amazon looking for an extra soft toothbrush and it had better look beautiful too. And there I found it. I will recommend to every friend if they ask me for a toothbrush brand.Love these toothbrushes- I have tried bamboo- and prefer these. They are still eco friendly but not as bulky as the bamboo ones. I have reordered these and love them. Will repurchase again- and love that they are better for our environment.
