Perfect replacement. I have seen people complaining that it's not threaded like the original. Ok, it's not. But 1. They give you machine screws and nuts to use instead. And 2. The original screws are hardened, so had you tried, they would have cut their own threads and went right in. I had this part easily installed in less than 15 minutes, using the original screws, that very easily cut their own thread and tightened down perfectly. Sometime you have to get creative and actually TRY before you start crying.
