Works well and my teeth definitely feel cleaner but thr taste is totally lacking. It doesn't taste bad, more bland than anything. Not what I was expecting from cinnamon.like the spearmint flavor best.Been using it for years and dental checkups have improved.I was looking for a mouthwash that had hydrogenPeroxide in order to whiten teeth and kill bacteria. This is great. Natural ingredients and doesn’t burn my gums. Love it!!Haven't tried the whole 3 step system that this is a part of, just using it before my regular toothpaste but I think I like it. I'm considering trying the other products that are supposed to go with it, but not sure. I highly recommend this but the price must come down it is way overpriced and unfortunately I will not buy again until it comes down.I had read online that this was a good brand to try for mouth health so I decided to buy it. You put a small amount in your mouth, swish it around a bit and then brush your teeth with it still in the mouth. It really foams up and definitely feels like it's doing something to clean. I'll be buying this again because shortly after I started using it my gums stopped bleeding, my breath got fresher and and my gum soreness almost totally went away. Great product.This is my second bottle and I will continue to keep using this mouthwash.I have tried it for 2 weeks. It looks a kind of professional mouth rinse. The flavor is fresh but the effect is not last long. And the price is quite high.
