No, this water tank has a upgrade super larger capacity of 300ml, cleaning for 2 minutes is enough. Where can you get replacement tips? You can find it on the product details page. When I bought the flosser before, I bought the nozzle by the way. It is very suitable and it is the original accessory. Does the package include the charging adapter? No. But I think it doesn't matter, because everyone has tons of adapters at home to use. It is enough to get a cable, which can be compatible with my mobile phone adapter and laptop USB socket. It's convenient for charging.

Ordered this one after reading a lot of reviews on the Waterpik brand cordless one and decided this one seemed better. It is indeed quite easy to use. It was already almost fully charged when it arrived. It was easy to find an adapter to charge it. I just used one of my many extra apple product adapters. There are many affordable outlet adapters out there and I am sure most people have a few extra at home from previous electronics. The actual charging port was unique, so best not to ever lose that charging cable, but I am sure the company would replace it if it is lost.I tried it on the cleaning mode and it was very strong, so I switched to the soft mode, which was just right. I had used waterpiks for many years so it wasn't a difficult transition or adjustment for me. It was actually quite easy to turn it off while using to change mode. It is a one hand/finger operation and easier than the countertop models.I find the reservoir sufficient for my use and had some water left when i was done and I cleaned all 4 quadrants of my mouth.I look forward to trying this out on my vacation next week to see how long the charge would last for a 2 week vacation.
