I ordered the 12 piece metric set. Earlier today I reached for the set of wrenches for the first time to do a DIY project. To my surprise the 8 MM wrench was missing!! Fortunately, it was not needed for my project.The reason for the 1 Star is that when I order a "set" of any item I do expect to receive what I paid for. Of course the "30 Day Return" or "Exchange" has expired now.As for durability and quality, these tools appear to fulfill those aspects.In fairness to Olsa Tools, it's quite possible the wrenches I received were returned to Amazon and recycled.UPDATE: March 15, 2022 - I now proudly give a 5 STAR RATING!!Today I received the 8 MM wrench that was missing in my order. Mark who is an Olsa Tools representative is phenomenal! As soon as he read my initial review, he contacted me here at Amazon to make things right! He placed an order for the missing wrench and it arrived promptly!ALSO, a very nice Chrome Socket Bottle Opener was included as a gift too! This is something that I have NEVER experienced with any merchant before.In my humble opinion, Olsa Tools has set a standard in EXCELLENCE for Customer Service by which other merchants should follow! People (and companies) make mistakes. Be accountable and transparent. Olsa Tools did both and more!I also will emphasize more about the quality of the tools I received and have been working with for some time now.The set of Olsa Wrenches are of high quality chrome finish, comparable to Snap-On and other high end brands I have used before. The wrenches have very good gripping which you want to prevent "rounding" the corners of the head for nuts and bolts in the first place. With regard to removal of nuts and bolts that have "rounded" heads this should not be an issue for the majority of bolts and nuts that are not stripped.Would I purchase Olsa Tools again? Absolutely!!! For the price, design, finish and manufacturing quality the value would be difficult to beat.You can pay more for other so-called "high end" brands. But why do that? I am very happy with the purchase I made.Now.... If I can just find a decent "bi-directional" automotive diagnostic scanner without having to take out a "second mortgage" on my home!!Have only used the 14mm a couple of times on some average tight seat bolts in my car. Deformed to the point it’s hard to get the open end on any bolts or nuts.These seem really well made and not from the "C" company. Chrome is perfect, ratchets nicely. These are NOT the type with a small lever, flip over to reverse the action.Would definitely buy again.At first glance it looks amazing very well polished. When used it was for sure stong it ended up taking off some some well rusted bolts. Although it has a loose feeling when in the case it still does the job of organizing them and making it easy to get the one you want.Ordered this Metric set along with the matching SAE set. The fit and finish of these wrenches (spanners as they are called in the UK) seems to be quite good. The ratcheting mechanism is smooth and so far, these have come in very handy.If I had a complaint - its the plastic "case" holder. It isn't particularly secure - and just a little movement and wrenches fall out of it. But that doesnt' take away from the quality of the tools themselves. For the price - I kind of hoped the holder would be a bit better.Very nice wrenches you can spend more and get less quality..But set was missing the 8mm wrench so I requested an exchange with amazon and received a womens blouse instead of the wrench set! Called amazon and was told all they could do is issue a refund ? So I don't know what to do now or what to send back the blouse or the tool set? Contacted OLSA they said nothing they could do as AMAZON does there fulfillment for them sorry !! Contact AMAZON....Should I order the set again and take a chance on missing the 8mm wrench again I really like the rest of the set but others seem to be missing the 8mm wrench also when ordered from Amazon....CONFUSED#@#@I had a rounded rusted bolt on an Acura power steering line with no clearance that I was struggling with. I bought this set of wrenches and got the thing out and about 30 seconds. I love these!Good value for money , one 10 mm needed attention very light oil ,it’s the kind of thing you seldom see with Mac snap on blue point etc. In high brands. That said not sk with 6 pawls but good would recommend. Bin doing this long time. Note on flex head wrenches always check for floppy action, you get one chance to tighten with a good lock tite and unless you have very good bits all brands tend to strip out . Do at start then your golden . These use hex a better set up than torx imo , and speak to an attempt at quality. The 120 tooth flex and 100 tooth fixed are very good for the money. Have paid a lot more for less that had great name branding. Maintain w 1 drop tool oil followed w 1 drop wd 40 to pull the oil in and thin it!I was impressed by the price since many brands are over $150 for similar items. Sadly tho under heavy load the gears slip... As a HD Mechanic I use these everyday on a regular basis. But have found my three most used sizes slipping/skipping while in use.Didn’t look too closely at the sizes when I bought them, there are some rather rarely used sub sizes in this gang of wrenches. Still a good price for what I’ll use nonetheless.did not give 5 star because boxed end is not offset , leaving little room for my knuckles , has no levers for switching ratchet directions, wrench must be flipped over. wrenches are well made though. good for home use. not recommended for every day use. could get annoying.I used one of the wrenches right away and has a "pro" feel to it. Arrived in less than 24 hours with no defects.
