The small gel ice packs are easy to use. You stick them in the freezer and in about an hour it come out very cold. As shown in the picture it comes with a small pouch to put one or even two inside so the ice pack doesnt irritate your skin so its comfortable to use. Even with out the pouch there is a material side that you can use that works perfectly fine.I traveled to Columbia over summer break where its always humid and hot. I needed something to help keep cool but also be travel sized and pass through TSA. These are perfect size to travel with. I just stuck them in my cosmetic bag and nothing was said during the search.I would recommend these ice packs to anyone needing a quick cool down. The reason I gave this four stars and not 5 was that the coolness didnt last as long as I would have wanted it to. I understand its small and it was above the 90s but I did expect it to stay cold a bit longer. It lasted about 3-5 min and I went back in to trade for another one and so on. So im glad I got the 4 pack.I am prone to foot problems and these are terrific for taking swelling down on small, pinpoint areas. I also often have sore glands in my jaws and again, these small-sized ice packs are just the right size to take away pain. The soft pouches help keep hands from freezing!I absolutely love these they’re very big. They’re nice for people who have full lips. I offer lip neutralization for my clients and I freeze these to give to them as after care. They’re alittle pricey for four but they are worth it.Perfect for little orchestra. Great for nosebleeds. Doesn't stay cold cold longer than 10 minutes so no danger of child leaving it on too long. Perfect fit for nose and eyes.Just wish came with 2 covers so could use in both eyes for a mini mommy time out.These did not freeze for me, which is important if you are transporting medicine through TSA like I was and it has to be frozen not to count as a liquid. Also, they just get cold and didn't seem to retain the cold that much at all. This is not the typical blue ice, this product never froze for me. Disappointed but perhaps this is just for babies and shouldn't freeze? Also, the blue Band-Aids are slimy and nothing better than a wet napkin. Waste of $ if you ask me but maybe if your child (or husband evidentially from looking at the ad) is super sensitive to cold but somehow wants cold (??).Easy to use and very effective for irritated skin and skin injuries.These are the perfect size for when you need comfort in personal areas.I do wish it came with an extra cover/sleeve to use while washing the cover. But it gives great reliefSuper soft pouch for petite areasIt's a small size .suitable for kidsOnly negative comment about this product that the white side of it might be easy to collect dirt as it is like fabric if it was a reflective surface easier to clean and manage.
