I take this supplement for bone strength.I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this but I find them very hard to swallow. The outer coating on the capsules becomes sticky as soon as it becomes wet, in this case in my mouth. I have to make sure to have lots of water on hand because they sometimes stick the the back of my throat and seem to have a hard time going down because they seem to be getting stuck occasionally. As a result of the sticky-ness, they sometimes wind up going down sideways. Sheesh! I don't have any problems with any other capsules I'm taking though.El tamaño de la píldora...y lo bien que me hacenI love these, they were recommended by my chiropractor earlier this year & I’ve taken them since. I sleep like a baby and is helping with my joint problems.I have only been taking these for a few days but I haven't had any adverse reactions to them. And they came quickly. As far as their effectiveness I will need to be on them a bit longer for that. As for value and quality both seem very good. I am happy so far with this purchase and if they help I can see myself buying more in the future.I recently changed up all my vitamins including my Calcium/Magnesium. My initial criteria began with finding a brand that is Non-GMO, Gluten-Free, Soy-Free, No Preservatives, No Artificial Colors/Flavors, and No Binders/Fillers/Coatings. Pure Encapsulations was one of the few that met those requirements. http://www.pureencapsulations.com/quality-control/free-from-products Next up, as a 55+ person, I wanted to be sure that I was taking the correct form of Calcium and Magnesium and in the right amounts. I read that the Magnesium Citrate is more easily absorbed, functions as constipation aid, and has less side effects. Calcium Citrate is less likely to cause constipation. I combine this Calcium Magnesium with the Pure Encapsulations O.N.E. Multivitamin which was recommended by PaleoEdge as a best vitamin for seniors. http://paleoedge.com/best-and-worst-multivitamins-seniors/I have been taking these for a couple of years now at the recommendation of a friend who is a bone densitometrist. And if she thinks that is a great brand it is good enough for me!I really appreciate that this is a citrate and not an oxide, which is better for avoiding kidney stones..I also love the fact that it has both calcium and magnesium in one capsule. And I really appreciate that there are no Stearates!Only two negatives I can think of:#1: They are low dosage, so that you must take 3-4 capsules to get the equivalent of other cal/mag supplements.(But on the other hand, the nature of magnesium is better when taken throughout the day and not all at once, so that's not really a negative, but just a nuisance.)#2: The higher quantity makes the dosage price much more expensive. So, all things considered, this is still my first choice.Great product, capsule so ok to swallow however quite large.Helped relieve my muscle cramps and restless legs.
