I used denture cream with these (they do not come with denture cream and need it to work). The teeth were a little whiter than my own (it would be nice if they had the option of slightly yellowed teeth), but they looked really cool and I wore them all day. It was difficult to eat with them in as they interfered with my bite, but by eating foods that were mushy/liquid I was able to survive while looking awesome in my vampire cosplay. After wearing them two days in a row, they still look great. They show no signs of wear and the denture cream cleans off of them nicely at the end of the day.
