I literally did not brush my teeth for half a year because of sensory problems. I know it's nasty, I'm so aware, it's a wonder I haven't had cavities or worse - yes I go to the dentist. Well I thought there's got to be something for autistic people like me. I found these. I still forget to brush, I'm trying to get into the habit, but I think "few times a week" is way better than "never" so it's a work in progress. Well I just want to say these are comfy and easy to use and don't make me disgusted, and since there's the 3 angles it hits from it gets the job done faster so less time suffering. I did think the bristles were a bit hard but other than that I really like the design of these!Af5er years of fighting to get my autistic son to brush his teeth these are now the only toothbrush he will use. Thank youit says it's for autistic sensory. I just got it because it's a 3 sided toothbrush. works great. it cuts the time in half. if you have sensitive gums this isn't for you though. the brittles are made of wire or soemthingIm not autistic but just wanted to be lazy and brush the back and front of my teeth at the same time. Im 100% satisfied!Soooooo, I got this toothbrush for my kiddo. It's called the "Three Bristle Travel Toothbrush". It's got 3 small toothbrush heads angled in such a way that allows for all sides of the tooth to be brushed simultaneously, with "sensory safe material" all around. Intended to cut down teeth brushing time to just about 40 seconds. Rather than 2 minutes. (Not including floss time). It is the off brand one, and with that in mind there are some negative reviews for cheaper materials used...and it's not as good as the electric competitor. Start small work up to big, right? (They have a name brand electric one that looks INSANELY cool Lol )?♀️ ISSUES I HAVE WITH THIS PRODUCT:The major issues I have with this product are the materials used to line the toothbrush heads. I understand the concept, fully. The need for a sturdy toothbrush head is important, however the material isn't really "sensory safe"...it's harder plastic with little to no bend at all. When it scrapes against your gums it hurts, a lot! Even with minimal effort it still comes into contact with it. Advice for this would be to use a different material for the heads of the toothbrushes. A softer plastic or maybe a gel-like material. The bristles are hard, they definitely get the job done but I found they irritate even my teeth if brushed too hard or fast. They are soft enough that when my son bites down on the toothbrush, the bristles don't stab or poke into his gums though, that's really good. However, making them a bit smaller in size around and more of them together might alleviate this issue with the tips angled in such a way as to avoid any sensory triggers for some.Anywho, I think after day 2 we finally are starting to get the hang of it and now and my kiddo INSISTS on brushing his teeth himself. IN FRONT OF THE MIRROR! ????? The time spent on actual teeth brushing is actually longer than 40 seconds though because he likes it and is still getting the hang of it but for reals. Small miracles and tender mercies! I'll take the WIN! ? Once he gets the hang of it we are definitely going to progress to the electric one! This was a good starter for sure!#yayforcleanteeth #autismlife #autismmom #alientoothbrush #threeheads #betterthanoneThese toothbrushes work amazing, they have made brushing teeth so much mentally easier and I've never had my teeth this clean before because I struggled with brushing my teeth with a normal toothbrushThis product was awesome but one of them came in unusableThese aren't so bad I'd call them terrible, but they're not good. They fit my adult sized teeth, and overall I think the design of the brush is good, but that's where my praises stop. These are not regular tooth brush bristles. My pictures are this "toothbrush" side by side with an oral b toothbrush, so you can see the difference. They're harder plastic, and they're barely flexible. If a regular toothbrush is a "brush" then these bristles are a tooth comb. They're hard, and feel kind if scrape-y, which was a sensory nightmare.Plus, my dentist told me hard toothbrushes were bad for your teeth.Partly this is my own fault. If I'd have looked closer on the pictures, I'd have seen the bristles were hard plastic, not normal bristles, but it still sucks. All in all, thank goodness these are three sided, because I didn't want to spend any extra time brushing my teeth with this.Receive the next day (Great!).. When we receive this item, my children couldnt wait to brush their teeth! (something they hate)....When brushing, they soon threw the brushes aside. I tried one myself and they are too rough/tough for childrens tiny teeth. I think they'd do more damage then clean childrens teeth. Fab idea. The brush heads need to be much softer!! But it was a waste of £8 for me sadly! :(Unusable, wasted of money and material. Please don't create more rubbish in this world, we can't use the hard plastic heads at all. This will damage your gums for sure. Not recommended! Because it's used, can't ask for a refund! So annoying! The bristles are quite hard, thick plastic. Our autistic son did not like them at all, quite rigid too. I use them to clean the taps instead.Brought for my son who has special needs. Makes brushing his teeth so much more easierReally easy and effective to use my daughter has autism and cannot get the rhythm to use a normal toothbrush
